Sac Nicté, a unique mayan village rental, is a privately owned compound in the village of Chunkanán, Yucatan, MEXICO; It is 50km, or one hour's drive South East from Mérida, the capital city of the State of Yucatán, Mexico.



This lovely compound consists of three maya-style houses, or nah, a refreshing swimming pool, and is surrounded by its own extensive gardens of fruit trees and flowering tropical plants.


The casa-principal includes a fully equipped kitchenette; refrigerator, sink, work-top cooker, complete with utensils, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery and glassware. Also in the casa-principal is the dining area, space for two hammocks, cd/radio player, and a beautiful view of the pool and gardens.

and includes space for two hammocks.
Please be aware that there are no beds.  
At Sac Nicté we sleep like the mayans in traditional hammocks.

The bathroom palapa is also quite spacious; it includes a large shower, sink, toilet, and hot and cold running water

Four hammocks with mosquito cover, sheets, blankets and towells are supplied



The large swimming pool is filled with the purest well water that is pumped in by a traditional windmill from a depth of 14 metres.
