Sac Nicté is a privately owned compound in the village of Chunkanán, Yucatan, MEXICO; It is 50km, or one hour's drive South East from Mérida.

Nearby you will also find Cuzamá which is famous for its three sacred cenotes which are reached by horse drawn carts, the archaeological site of Acancéh, and the Lagunas de Yalahau, just to name a few.

This lovely compound consists of three maya-style houses, or nah, a refreshing swimming pool, and is surrounded by its own extensive gardens of fruit trees and flowering tropical plants.

The casa-principal includes a fully equipped kitchenette; refrigerator, sink, work-top cooker, complete with utensils, pots, pans, dishes, glassware, and linens. Also in the casa-principal is the dining area, space for two hammocks, cd/radio player, and a beautiful view of the pool and gardens.

The bedroom casa is spacious and includes space for two hammocks.

The bathroom palapa is also quite spacious; it includes a large shower, sink, toilet, and hot and cold running water

Four hammocks with mosquito cover and kitchen equipment are supplied

The large swimming pool is filled with the purest well water that is pumped in by a traditional windmill.
